Who can compete?
Professional chefs working in restaurants in Denmark, Norway or Finland. Here is how you register:
Photography
Attach only one digital colour photo of your dish, preferably in jpg-format. Please photograph it from slightly above and as close as possible so that your presentation and ingredients can be seen clearly. The photo may not be larger than 4 MB.
